if you have someone to drive you to GO station at Kennedy and 407 or up to Town Centre Blvd... it may be faster....

8 w, s; E  P# t5 K. t  v" a# `usually a friend of mine goes to GO station at Kennedy and 407 for GO Bus to York University....
% p& M4 Y& h* ?, L$ \6 }. m) n' KYork Region has a new Bus route from Town Centre Blvd ( Warden and Hwy7) and goes  to York University as the last stop... i don't know the fare of that, because i used to drive myself to York University.....5 l. b" Q4 O( V, M( \$ }3 y

' N; F4 a8 m; g# ^try to look for these method, it may be faster by a bit.... but i am a bit outdated, you better research it....; K0 U5 d* n7 N7 ?3 ~  z4 p& X3 F

it shouldn't take you 2 hours to get to York....8 a7 y4 {* j; P0 b/ e
I use the same way as you to get to York too
