y did that car stop???...if he stop for no reason, u can claim insurance from him....duno how that works in CA, but thats how it works in aus....

0 r' G$ ]9 T6 M1 r! d* C( o, Tlast time i had to drive my grandfather to a friends house when i was sick..like feeling floating around....i m goin the same road..and the car infront slow down to turn ..but my reaction was so slow...the car couldnt break in time..or i turn from right lane to the left lane to aviod the crash....about 1 inch the car will crash..teh cars been slow to 25km..but still..will big impact caz goin downhill...lucky the left lane had no car....otherwise i'll be screwed...9 z4 @6 Q1 B* G2 t1 L

According to the tort law, the driver should keep a reasonable distance with the fore vehicle.  Otherwise, the liability should be borne by the rear vehicle.

Go check on your body too...in case you have hidden injury (I had one and it lasted 3 yrs)...

有一次左轉時比對面架 Oldsmobille 衝黃燈撞倒。結果 gao 到架 '04 Hyundai Accent total lost o左。我家姐重 high，撞樹，架 '04 Jetta 又無埋。我地大大話話已 cam o左三十萬架啦！

my mom crashes most often.

She's one of those who drives slow, slows down more when she sees the pedestrian light blinking, slows down even more when she sees yellow, then stopped suddenly on red.9 H  @8 Q* l! k: b( B' A+ }

She got rear-ended alot because of this.

That's what I call "creating danger by driving safely" haha
