When I travel Japan (same for France),
2 l* C; n( T/ q* z) EI found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.
' T: T. c* `" S1 L/ O3 V2 yBecause their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,
