Mind your disturbance to people in public

When I travel Japan (same for France),
; ?& C# b3 S4 i9 v/ eI found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.; [, V3 I/ A' c" H$ O% e3 j, b4 B
Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,
. F6 s' c5 ?3 N' y1 z- Wand I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.

MIND YOUR DISTURBANCE TO OTHER PEOPLE BY YOUR VISION,
