When I travel Japan (same for France), ' |% J" Y# ]0 ~4 O5 V0 ?" ~) S0 g
I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.3 C* `( x! z; U. ~
Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.  o* T/ j& @, |/ q: \

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,
) e9 s, J- ~3 L1 v/ Tand I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.+ E3 J8 u4 C2 X) \7 B5 a$ C

MIND YOUR DISTURBANCE TO OTHER PEOPLE BY YOUR VISION,
