When I travel Japan (same for France),

Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

+ ?+ K' v1 @5 l* wHoweverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,- h9 U& |8 w( ^
and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.
