When I travel Japan (same for France), ( w) ~$ i4 L: e! ?9 F
I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.
) Q! m, [4 _4 D. P( f, D' V  sBecause their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.- Z8 {, A1 |+ F

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,
- B6 F" v/ N0 V0 Aand I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.& }& |* ^( p# X2 x* D, _, t; W3 {% [, x
Therefore I here announce people: 3 S& d6 o! ~4 ~& V7 s/ I
MIND YOUR DISTURBANCE TO OTHER PEOPLE BY YOUR VISION,
