When I travel Japan (same for France), & b5 `/ @4 E( j% R, e
I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.1 ]- p; q/ f" v9 k9 M  E7 Q$ M4 Q* L
Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

8 Y& E) h' M) y" _: LHoweverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,# s+ I+ F1 ~# T! ^0 ]6 h
and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.

MIND YOUR DISTURBANCE TO OTHER PEOPLE BY YOUR VISION,
