When I travel Japan (same for France),
' g& G$ m! Z7 U. k5 \# P# AI found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.* P4 U9 y% P  K
Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,

MIND YOUR DISTURBANCE TO OTHER PEOPLE BY YOUR VISION, 2 W1 d" F+ _0 j4 g( _
