Mind your disturbance to people in public

When I travel Japan (same for France), % v* O6 z! I0 S6 x3 t5 N. S# E% u& l# P
I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.
- J  R9 Z/ }) r1 ^1 ?! GBecause their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,
! v% b* b9 g) g; }8 }0 E4 z! oand I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.( o/ t6 O' n8 v. u+ y$ L6 _- x# m; ~
Therefore I here announce people:
