when i make 太陽蛋, sometimes te york is over cook, sometimes 唔脆邊,
brothers pls teach me

用多少少油煎, o係煎既同時用個鑊剷去剷起d油淋上蛋黃面, 但係記住個火唔可以太大, 又唔好太大, 如果唔係既話一係就個黃太熟, 一係就整到個黃好靚, 但係個邊唔脆~

練習下啦~~~~

總知鍋要紅,油要熱!最緊要唔怕彈油!!
眼要明!手要快!煎出黎ge太陽蛋就好食

用普通既鑊,唔好平o個D一定唔好食!
燒到個鑊有少少煙,落油。再等多十秒,放隻蛋落去,之後細火。
再過十幾秒就食得(一定脆邊!)

脆唔脆邊就睇下夠唔夠油(同炸野同一原理),
油熱→蛋→蛋白變白→得閒(了)隻蛋個底(唔係會黏,如果唔夠油的話)
多油煎的話,煎個時會芝芝聲,隻蛋會跳下跳下,所以根本唔會黏底
記得煎到就得果時落d鹽/胡椒,禁隻蛋就更好食啦
如果都係唔得就買個煎蛋用既框,個框又有不同形狀,但禁就唔會有脆邊....
