試過放d豬肉鬆係麵包面,然後再係上面放塊芝士,
之後拿去微波爐焗一焗,等d芝士溶落d豬肉鬆度

好好味~~~

我今朝早餐就係夾麵包~

我平時就有兩種食法..第一就係最常食既煉奶...試過兩隻牌子"壽星公"同"鷹嘜"...壽星公呢就奶味重D同埋甜D...鷹嘜其實味道就冇咁甜同埋冇奶味(個人認為)..但係由於壽星公冇支裝好唔方便..所以只好揀鷹嘜~(講到尾其實係因為懶- -唔想次次食完壽星公都要包好個CAN...)

第二種呢就係包辣味吞拿魚啦~其實初初食唔得辣..但係食食下又覺得好鬼死正...而家每次食之前都將吞拿魚加熱左先食...嘩果下入口真係冇得頂...
係can吞拿魚黎..係惠康到買...唔記得左牌子名..價錢就係$7.9(印象..因為唔係我買)

yoyo~真係好好食~同埋都會易飽肚...試過一罐加麵包咁做左一日lunch~頂到落夜晚,不過其實都幾多油..仲要係辣油..食得多對胃唔好...所以我通常隔走油先夾黎食...

咁齊全..?不過我都試過去旅行帶煲打邊爐...果陣好好笑..咁岩我夾走左最後舊駝鳥肉..跟手D風一吹埋黎...D樹葉落左個煲到舊肉依然好安全咁係我個碗到啦
