impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare 6 t6 B, c( n" e% R; H0 n* }2 }; K

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion ) H$ }6 o) d* z, `7 o% \ 1 K! p* W3 |! N & g& w0 m- }: U. ?* L: @! P, `for final interview:) h% s) P4 I. a4 v* g' ^
