for the preliminary interview: ' ?3 f* a4 |/ L# | / D5 t0 k$ \# g. `9 `there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc...... 3 B- H! B! D" K+ I$ l % `- R3 D: s0 C8 I1 {for the extended interview: 1 R$ Q: E- v2 d2 | v+ q ' f3 o8 L9 b4 A+ [it's divided into 2 sections,0 b0 L( E2 N5 F) l
1 is impromptu talk& T2 m* n4 x/ b P# Z
another is group discusion $ u8 N S; h! V M4 d/ u- p ; D3 v2 }5 Z/ @" Wall conducted in english4 r+ Q- l+ x7 x. w9 S5 J8 y

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare6 Y: T! D3 U9 x

H% {" ~& z& L% I _topic like "environment, biscuit...." 1 e3 ?1 N: X. p4 ` ( f2 p* s$ H7 R4 agroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion 8 g1 Z8 u: k0 w. c2 V: _% H* W0 v 3 c) e: f( H3 d- k. o9 {! |4 \ # G8 s) b8 L# o* m& x7 P. xfor final interview: + Y3 D7 X) _! c; T6 ?, O* U1 l# x3 M2 i- p3 G0 I; @7 P- l! \/ T
