SCHERERVILLE, Ind. - Snowball the cockatoo can't get enough of the Backstreet Boys. . h+ Q% I4 o1 d, k* \: C( @, `
The 11-year-old medium sulphur-crested cockatoo lifts his legs, squawks and bobs his head, flashing his bright yellow crest to the beat of the boy band's "Everybody (Backstreet's Back)." He even takes a bow with a vigorous bob of his head at the end of the 1997 pop tune.; J' I! x% M! p! v
5 s$ A! i* x- G9 S* a' N! XWhen Snowball was given to a bird rescue shelter a few months ago, the man included the CD and instructions to watch his reaction.# j! N( u. K, v8 H

The couple said they have been contacted by people from around the world who have watched Snowball on the video-sharing website YouTube. 7 f9 M1 `: L6 t2 }* R5 |" f; l* O9 l; P3 z; T3 v
The northwestern Indiana couple have more than 30 birds in their home and many are available for adoption. "He makes a great spokesbird for the rescue," Chuck Schulz said. $ p c o! Y+ e2 Q / e P! O7 _6 [9 ^. c" ~( gSnowball has found his permanent home.$ N r. G& h8 ~$ [1 T: { ?8 w# _
