我琴日陸運會跑10x2000m
我跑第二棒~我接棒ga時侯係第三位(有六線),,,我飛咁快過左前面個兩個,,係司令台前仲大叫左一聲,,,交棒個時仲甩開最近個個30m左右~~~7 i4 e" Y% J& x( H

p.s我一直唔知我跑步咁快3 F6 D" b% f5 O9 d
p.s(2)因為10x2000m係新開ga公開項目,,,我F.3同dF.6跑~~3 d& J z5 b' M3 v) C* }
% W. t5 \- y/ ~6 q/ F6 v
最後我地拎左小組第一,,總成績第3^^

層經同一個一直都唔紅而家仲消失埋既女歌星做過一段時間密友......(都唔算太密......只係傾下電話同食飯.......)

em.. I lead for my church soccer team... ( u& ^) Q* q1 l$ n7 d9 k" g
that's the team lose 3 matches per 6 seasons... (of cos.. all of them were friendly) and about 8 or 9 matches per year...7 t# o% _9 v, K- ?! p% }
is that ok?!
and the biggest win was 15-2.

was playing in a basketball league.

Last 20-or-so seconds in the second half of a game. My team down by one point, and our offensive play was broken. I caught the ball near the left elbow, faked right and drove left pass my defender. Two shot blockers collapsed towards me. I got to the baseline and shot a fall-away jumper over them. It was a rainbow that caught nothing but net.

We won by one. My coach still yelled at me for taking the silly shot. (If I beat one guy and 2 guys are coming at me, there has to be an open teammate.) I was like, "man your play was broken, and i didn't know how much time was left on the clock."

once upon a time, I scored 4 goals in a games....

and 2 of the goals were world class goal, I couldn't believe my eyes when I scored that 2 goals, NO GK in this world could stop that 2 goals......5 g' p9 [1 ~1 t
I was totally shocked....
and couldn't believe my legs.....

其實平凡是福.........後來到了小學五年班我又做過風頭躉，又如何？只不過考過全級第一名又被幾個女仔中意，so? 現在又是一樣平凡.........平凡無趣的留學生！

when i was in junior high school
i was the captain of our basketball team
(it was the first yr i played basketball as well, i guess they only wanted a guy with sportmanship, not best skills)(haha)

100% at the 3pt line (haha, 4 out of 4 for the whole season)

*we lost the most important game...becoz i picked up 3 fouls in the first 3 mins of the first quarter...coach said he'll give mei his pair of jordan's if i didn't get foul out...but i picked up my 5th foul in the 3rd quarter...sigh...didn't make it to the playoffs

- wrote my first and only musical play in 2001 for a teens conference
- coaching my church softball team and taught HongKong friends to play softball

- got the best GF in the world...we've been together for 4.5 yrs...
- thank God for the gr8est family in the world
