I am neutral on him.  He is no doubt one of the best pure point guards in the last 10-15 years.  I don't think I need to elaborate on this as Stockton's records posted by gnat tell it all.  However, there is one thing I would like to check with you guys.  I remember I've read something like MJ said Stockton was "the dirtiest player in the league" at that time.  Has any of you read something like that before or am I just imagining something myself?

Just my humble opinion ...

Perhaps he may be one of the dirtist players in NBA. But pls, think about his position. 6"1 height but everynight play pick & roll with malone!!!! and you know that the player matching with malone is all tough guys!!! what i believe is, if judge didn't foul you, then you master the rule and know the game. that is why i respect him

no matter the excuse sounds so "reasonable" or not, his behaviour had already expressed what the fact is. You cannot change this even he was a great player in the field.

In my mind, no difference on any position as well

Although I am neutral on him, I do think he's a great player.  His dirtiness undermine his greatness.  Likewise, his greatness does undermine his dirtiness either.

Just my humble opinion ...

I don't like his style and moves that much... I do respect him because he's as efficient as anyone can be playing the PG possition.
作者: brightlee    時間: 2005-3-19 01:33 PM

sorry, I don;t like him.
because.. he's dirty..
and do you think he should get that 11000+ assists in reality?
No, but NBA made it.....
