首先...唔係我教人....

其實係小弟見到呢度咁多有料之人, 又見到有d朋友有問題想問(包括小弟...)
於是開呢個topic
大家有野問(戰術,球技,練習,etc.)不妨post響度, 同時希望各熱心人'擁'躍回應, 諗下計, 分享下經驗

教下我地d細既

問題:
小弟同班朋友組左隊波, 遲d打league
隊中真係有戰鬥力既有八個人左右…

其中得兩個係(算係…)內線人..(都只係6呎…..), 兩個三分準..
如果對住d高人鬼隊(我響澳洲, 高起上黎係6呎4,5 咁…), 人地打zone d, 我地外圍又射唔準時.. 真係死硬…
(因為人地十球八球都係屈籃低.. 我地無咩快攻可以打………

)

各位大哥(特別係有教波果d呀

)…有咩戰術可以解救?

一個可以在外圍'薄'三分,
一個可以籃低搶球,
最重要係籃低果個,而外圍果個就'薄'分,望不要輸到很肉酸

如果高度差咁遠,唯有係多打快攻~
平時練多d2,3線快攻,防守就要多練夾擊
佢地一放波入內線"即閘", i have no other idea la

擾前防守
咪俾人 post up
內線搶到波見到人地必入咁滯
一野打埋去唔洗俾面
送佢地上罰球線又好
等佢地開界外球又好乜都好

進攻好似平時咁就得
人地一射波兩個矮仔 3 7 21 乜都唔好理就跑前先
搵 d 冇戰鬥力個 d 人去防守 and 周圍跑
好似 NBA 個 d
唔理個波~ 齋望住個對手
死跟住佢地
( 以上我班係上年打班際既打法 )

基本上擾親都俾人推到無雷公咁遠...跟住個波就響頭頂經過............

haha, 會入到, 但係我負責控球, 如果射埋.. 隊友好似會好無癮...
(我友兩三個隊友係幾獨食... 如果我係咁射, 佢地會唔太高興....

我打班際 d 打法未必用得著..............水準爭40 幾條街( 每班真係識打波既.......有 5 個已經好好好好-.-")
我班 d 擾前防守好簡單........俾人笠到個波埋去
內線另外個個球員隨時 bill 埋去偷又去拍又好double team 又好.......
因為班際水準太低既關係..............對手係內線拎到波都冇乜作用
真係獻醜.....

聽日blblblblblblblblblblblblblblblblblbl 出現既時侯可能有其他妙計......
我既防守技倆真係好差.....
我負責浪射,控波同走快攻........

防守時只能打2-1-2聯防...並當人地吊波入內線時一定要即時2人夾擊...但另3人必須勤補位...有波個半court要睇三分...剩下的準備攔截敵人cross pass致有快攻機會．．．
如落場５人單對單防守好的話可嘗試打大3-2... (但一埸波不能使用太多次)
1.１人於中圈開始”焗”敵隊控衛落中線邊並以第２人於中線邊角夾擊（豎立雙手即
　可）．．此時敵方不能向後傳（回後場違例）
2.被夾的人被４隻手遮住視線，，，並不能後傳．．只能見位即甩務求突圍．．．這時我　方３人就要準備攔截敵人cross pass再作快攻

進攻時３分極之重要．．最好初段先入２－３球．．．甘敵方實多加留意．．．藉此拉開內線就可打pick & roll to get easy 2..若有人補位即傳球射中距離ｏｒ三分（若見空位可改為剷籃大不了博ｆｏｕｌ）

若真的擾親都俾人推到無雷公咁遠．．．甘只好可靠隊友即時補位．．之後擾前防守個人只能即時回後作前後夾擊（當然要與隊友說明）

其實澳洲唔係太多鬼打得勁, 佢地主要係屈籃低........

一般亞洲人我地都handle到

如果射得準甘敵方必留意你多些．．甘米傳波俾佢地．．．然後走位打pick & roll．．隊友有波掂下．．．唔會好無癮．．．．hahahah..
但我覺得你最好搵一個控球．．．自己作shooter．．．然後兩邊cut底並與隊友多作單擋再catch & shoot

如果換d防守人入黎, 佢地進攻又唔太好...

我明白你2-1-2 快攻既意思, 我諗會有用

, 但係應該邊個企 1 果度? 高佬? 防守人? 我(快攻人), 定係無所謂嫁?

2-1-2．．２個Gurad企罰球時兩邊．．1為Centre企籃底前１－２步....而剩下之２為Forward企兩邊AB位
但這陣式有缺點．．．外圍得２個Gurad．．．敵方外圍準的話．．２個Gurad補位會追到死．．．．

其實仲有一個隊友三分好準, 但佢同時係全隊剷籃最勁果個...(well...明顯佢係隊長...), 所以我傳完波會棟響外圍, 如果佢地入到去射唔到會dum番出黎, 咁我先會射, 所以我唔習慣catch and shoot, 我要有一秒倒企定, 先會準...

同埋好老實....除左我同隊長... 俾其他人key 波... 等於叫佢拿住個波衝入去... 仲死.....

甘樣更加應該隊長為point gaurd．．．剷籃勁可作多番入涉．．拉空後再突破分波．．外圍（你）便有空位／時間ｓｅｔ定炮台放冷箭．．另入涉或可拉空籃底防線．．分分鐘你籃底隊友can get easy two

另擾前防守都有分1/2擾前，1/4擾前 or全身擾前．．若容易被人笠過頭波．．我估你地多採用全身擾前．．甘樣不但若容易被人笠過頭波，而且敵方亦可容易roll-in 走back door（我經常採用）..
其實1/4擾前己足夠．．防手者與敵方互搶身位同時要常以一手臂擾攘佢接波範圍

but I just reminding that... you should understand in Aussie, most of the Aussie would like to play offense and play dirty defense

so to win them...I believe.. that you should be training your team really hard that you won't get hurt when you get rebounds and block shots.

try to do something to frurstrating their attacking system, for example, try to do something to steals the ball
this maybe help in your team.

yes, training is really important in your team..
you need to make your team more tougher!
to be honest, they don't have the "real" skills
but their tough defense could make your team frustrating so deep
so if you want to win them, ... you need to minus your weakness, increases your strength.

wa ... 對 D 死鬼好煩, 其實點守都冇用, 3 個入黎强姦 reb 点頂, 除非你都有 3 個大隻嘅 6-4,5 高佬 la.

我都有係 UK D U 打過 league, 對 D 死鬼, 要針對弱點, 如果 pg 弱 D (不過都可能己勁過已隊嘅話就冇得 talk la), 就要針死佢 b4 cross the half court, 破懐 or 減少佢嘅 pass line, 注重佢 pass 高 ball, 其他就 defence 係自己 mark 果個人同 pg 嘅中間做擾前, 一有 ball 就比 mark 住 pg 果个然係快攻, 而且要整體合作, coz 擾前有危險 ka, 一定要䏲實 pg 嘅位置, 佢係左邊就要走去左少少, 如果比人笠過咗就可以即刻補位, 如果比人 shot 埋就記得 screen out.

如果人地只有一個高佬勁嘅話就可以用 foul trouble la, 一開 ball 波就攻佢個位, 有理冇理 shot ball 前做假動作, 唔入唔緊要, 死人都貼住佢跳, 跟手嗌 foul 同跌, 千祆唔好 foul 番佢轉頭同想 blk 佢, 用手 blk 佢隻眼好 la, 一 shot 就 ready 快攻, 入唔入都快開殺上前埸先, 2 打 2 , 3 打 3 都好過 5 打 5. 不過咁要好多氣, 如果唔夠氣就無 ka la, 連想浪射 3 分都唔得, 仲有 remember 人地都識打快攻而且 easy 過我地 tim, so, cut the 1st pass line 係 useful in full court ka

No need Thanz...我們大家都係籃球愛好者,...但記住隊形,補位同聲勢缺一不可
1. 隊形...講出黎好似好土...但隊形一散/冇隊形..防守形同虛設...進攻節奏則易被敵方控制
2. 補位...可參照之前
3. 聲勢...現時大多數波友打防守時都唔會出聲俾提示自己友...但其實唔出聲只會容易令自己友有誤會/漏洞...因大聲提示不但可提醒自己友多留意敵方入涉之位置..另可讓對方知道不容易傳波到入涉之隊友...減低敵方輕鬆入涉取分

i super agree with u about formation ar, and not only on defense, it's also important when attacking ar, coz u gotta know ur roles, like doing picks, being the last gaurd and crashing boards..

and yes again, we should notice teamates about others movements, that's y we do that as well~

the big guys of yours must be able to boxout
they don't have to be one ones that grab the board
but they HAVE to boxout!!!

whenever the ghost's shots are up
and looks like it's not going in
guards, start your engine
whoever gets the rebounds must locate the guards right the way and throw them a american football pass

however
even those your "big" ppl might not be good as inside score
yet they still have to try to post for a bit
for they must drew some defence on them
as soon as the double team comes
swing it out
make the extra passes
find the open man
then...good luck
coz if u guys don't play 5 on 5 often enough
your 3's are probably not gonna fall as many as u wished

so
- fast break if allow
if not
- post, look for give and go
- if not, then back in, drew double team, swing out, swing the ball to the oppsite side, open shot
  BAM!!! (dont' have to shoot 3's too much or even AT ALL)(i always tell my boys, GET IN YOUR RANGE!!!)

the ghosts probably gonna play zone D
if they do so
use high post (hard to master, but watch some tapes if u have to)

if man to man
try pick and roll
but my speicality is that...after your big man roll
often he'll drew the double team
get a guy in the corner
u have an open shot

yeah, in conclusion we'll try to play tougher defence to create turnovers and grab boards and then run and gun

the tactics u mentioned arre very useful, well actually i'm quite confident with my 3 pt, the problem is how to create our shooters (including myself) space to shoot, u know, it's rediculous to crossover and take a mid range with 2 ppl and 4 hands in front of u..(that's what some of my teamates do....sigh...)
