even there is an inflation in recently, that's not related to salary issue.' v! {/ ~$ h: c2 g7 f2 Y8 O
too many experts/technicans come from PRC and the vacancy of position would be fulfilled instantly8 ~& k( w6 J! R9 Z4 b
no demand, how come to those supply?
if ppl like to gain more, there are only 2 ways to go h- c+ j F) ~( K3 ]/ t
1) open a company or& \& w( \( {! A& H6 O8 A% n; H
2) get promotion
There would be no use to stay in the same position/company to "wait" for bonus/annual apprasial =.="
