i believe that can be easily explained by newton first law.6 P+ s n$ a4 V) s. y
When no net force act on a object, the object will travel with constant velocity.1 b8 H3 ]! L- L; t% j

Since the water on the earth will be attracted by gravitational force, it will fell on the ground.2 X$ s% j* |0 `( H3 h

But in the space, no force is added on the water will u X the ball ,so the water will remain its old velocity(don't move)
