間唔中嗎?知原因嗎?通常用咩方法解救?最勁試過訓係張床到幾耐先訓著?

我感到壓力很大的時候就會失眠# P* n* b' o) n( m" C
大慨三個月左右一次
/ M: j' `2 J3 `差不多每次都會連續三十幾個鈡頭都冇瞓
7 J  n8 L8 ?" S* t+ g再唔係就每日瞓得兩個鈡 (連續兩星期左右)
  M. r. o' Z1 z連食医生開嘅安眠藥都無用...真係好辛苦...人都癲...

開下閉下~展轉反側~開燈訓住黎睇書諗住易d~但都係咁~最後4點9望住個鐘同自己講!訓呀!!!!+ }; b) e! x. `, q9 {
..........................今日考writing差過上年~因為出題目係"friend stealing because poor ...how can help he?"一來腦裡空白~二來~偷野無優點,,,so..有d上年都有用o既生字都無用到~  e# P7 G/ s8 _' h* l) F: b
好似"although"anyway"however" 正係好似小學生咁猛用it is,can,唉....

夜晚12點幾訓....點幾就起身...之後都訓唔著...真係人都癲.... f% \* n: g  \' P# F& T
但係我覺得有個方法都既好.唔洗食藥.點香"分"(同音字)= =點左之後就慢慢深呼吸,好快就會訓著......注本人覺得真係好訓d..但就晚晚發d怪夢)信唔信就見人見志..

有時一合起對眼, 就會諗起d恐怖野~ 咪訓唔到lo

個日飲左杯珍珠奶茶,

到 5:00 就訓左lu~

My worst is 4 hrs. I was going thru a lot ( getting married, about to change job and move to a new country, etc.). I can't sleep when I get lots of pressure.! a4 N2 j" v4 Z$ ^/ j' W

" M# S0 N$ l5 ~( `7 c8 ZI realize if I go for light exercise during the day (like running/speedwalking at park for 1/2 hr) my chances of insomia is less. (Don't exericse within an hour of your bed time! It keeps your metabolism up and you won't be able to sleep!).

: o) C2 }2 U& U2 ?3 ]6 DReading a novel (not something too entertaining like 1 magazine or hard like textbook) helps a bit too./ n& }* j, B+ R  Q% _

/ Z1 S: O9 [* R2 I  w- NI usually get up to my study and read when I can't sleep (don't want to wake up my wife). Staying up in bed for more than 1 hr would only make it worse.

- @& w/ w; e  A0 a, AAnother time both my wife and I can't sleep....we ended up having sex and went to sleep soon after we're done. Too tired.

also i sleeps 4 to 6hrs i watch TV until 2:30am
