間唔中嗎?知原因嗎?通常用咩方法解救?最勁試過訓係張床到幾耐先訓著?

我感到壓力很大的時候就會失眠
' t7 i2 B! s' D$ P" J" o; @) D; A大慨三個月左右一次) u$ x9 \( t) B  k
差不多每次都會連續三十幾個鈡頭都冇瞓: _+ b" M/ X3 K" I2 A
再唔係就每日瞓得兩個鈡 (連續兩星期左右)
. X7 X! m" A2 C3 `- t5 `連食医生開嘅安眠藥都無用...真係好辛苦...人都癲...

開下閉下~展轉反側~開燈訓住黎睇書諗住易d~但都係咁~最後4點9望住個鐘同自己講!訓呀!!!!
" m, L- L+ j2 |: K. U9 m- }..........................今日考writing差過上年~因為出題目係"friend stealing because poor ...how can help he?"一來腦裡空白~二來~偷野無優點,,,so..有d上年都有用o既生字都無用到~& t: B5 B# _3 Q  ?+ w
好似"although"anyway"however" 正係好似小學生咁猛用it is,can,唉....

夜晚12點幾訓....點幾就起身...之後都訓唔著...真係人都癲...; z" }' A4 M- J* u# T  J
但係我覺得有個方法都既好.唔洗食藥.點香"分"(同音字)= =點左之後就慢慢深呼吸,好快就會訓著......注本人覺得真係好訓d..但就晚晚發d怪夢)信唔信就見人見志..

有時一合起對眼, 就會諗起d恐怖野~ 咪訓唔到lo/ D8 Z; p& b) F6 y' f- J. H* x% r
如果熄左燈, 我又驚到訓唔到 =.= ( 我好怕黑 )- }: W8 y- r' y% b# f$ L
不過真正一次失眠係0係澳門~- t4 C& e# p1 h
個日飲左杯珍珠奶茶,

! x- p; ~& Z' p( A係到睇電視~~ 仲記得睇左熱門小馬 ( 3:00 )

My worst is 4 hrs. I was going thru a lot ( getting married, about to change job and move to a new country, etc.). I can't sleep when I get lots of pressure.
  j5 p7 K0 n; a! }' M/ ^# j# }* X! d5 P) g7 W  a8 \/ y! q
I realize if I go for light exercise during the day (like running/speedwalking at park for 1/2 hr) my chances of insomia is less. (Don't exericse within an hour of your bed time! It keeps your metabolism up and you won't be able to sleep!).3 b% i/ a& f0 G% ]/ U

* {6 f9 D( i& C: \  KReading a novel (not something too entertaining like 1 magazine or hard like textbook) helps a bit too.

I usually get up to my study and read when I can't sleep (don't want to wake up my wife). Staying up in bed for more than 1 hr would only make it worse.' }" D5 q. G1 R2 d, t0 @

( _+ y4 z( A  U: K  CAnother time both my wife and I can't sleep....we ended up having sex and went to sleep soon after we're done. Too tired.

also i sleeps 4 to 6hrs i watch TV until 2:30am
