間唔中嗎?知原因嗎?通常用咩方法解救?最勁試過訓係張床到幾耐先訓著?* V) Y. A$ ^+ l: u4 }" f; Z
~試過1點幾 就5點先訓到1 r& V% L# E; g0 V

我感到壓力很大的時候就會失眠
1 @0 l) B9 h2 D) O; i( X$ l大慨三個月左右一次! h! D, z! U1 c: r, N; ~
差不多每次都會連續三十幾個鈡頭都冇瞓+ S" `9 A# }. B3 q# p5 N
再唔係就每日瞓得兩個鈡 (連續兩星期左右)
1 Y. ~* r' O- }% n2 d連食医生開嘅安眠藥都無用...真係好辛苦...人都癲...

@@我尋日就真係訓得兩粒鐘左右..1點幾睇完創世紀訓~

..........................今日考writing差過上年~因為出題目係"friend stealing because poor ...how can help he?"一來腦裡空白~二來~偷野無優點,,,so..有d上年都有用o既生字都無用到~

夜晚12點幾訓....點幾就起身...之後都訓唔著...真係人都癲...
$ ]  h2 G% {7 W# b& Q但係我覺得有個方法都既好.唔洗食藥.點香"分"(同音字)= =點左之後就慢慢深呼吸,好快就會訓著......注本人覺得真係好訓d..但就晚晚發d怪夢)信唔信就見人見志..

有時一合起對眼, 就會諗起d恐怖野~ 咪訓唔到lo; ]' Y* h/ }# w; L; ?% d
如果熄左燈, 我又驚到訓唔到 =.= ( 我好怕黑 )
* C8 t+ R4 ~8 c2 M% @' w, k不過真正一次失眠係0係澳門~
. \7 A6 ]8 x- G1 W: i5 R  R個日飲左杯珍珠奶茶,
! G- t+ V8 _8 ]4 I$ {6 T之後成晚訓唔到~
& Q  o+ Y2 I9 {係到睇電視~~ 仲記得睇左熱門小馬 ( 3:00 )
$ n4 }  j9 b* A8 E到 5:00 就訓左lu~

My worst is 4 hrs. I was going thru a lot ( getting married, about to change job and move to a new country, etc.). I can't sleep when I get lots of pressure.
1 h, F9 \/ h; `( ^6 @' s" y& F5 ~( n  S- H! e- H+ j
I realize if I go for light exercise during the day (like running/speedwalking at park for 1/2 hr) my chances of insomia is less. (Don't exericse within an hour of your bed time! It keeps your metabolism up and you won't be able to sleep!).  r+ r/ l$ t, U( v# Y

* t6 f& L, z( Z$ p0 @4 [! T6 B! d1 MReading a novel (not something too entertaining like 1 magazine or hard like textbook) helps a bit too.

, O* J; w, U7 A" D: KI usually get up to my study and read when I can't sleep (don't want to wake up my wife). Staying up in bed for more than 1 hr would only make it worse.
! t3 {' F3 j+ i+ u' N! ?# Q, V1 Z/ M
7 T/ ^' E$ i' V+ K( I4 O. y, TAnother time both my wife and I can't sleep....we ended up having sex and went to sleep soon after we're done. Too tired.

also i sleeps 4 to 6hrs i watch TV until 2:30am
