Based on my knowledge, many of the above are true. Especially the following two, 2 j3 @3 ]0 ~2 d

2) Fish has omega-3 fatty acids, and are known to be beneficial to us in various ways. The problem is that our body does not make omega-3 fatty acids, and we need to consume it from fish. $ q# u% B' g, z, h6 J' C) E# L) f& L " L( Y5 P7 Q1 n6 Z2 O* [- ^( tMany research had been done on omega-3 fatty acids. In Canada, biotechnology enabled scientists to incorporate omega-3 fatty acids in eggs. It is currently being sold at supermarkets here. As a result, consumers can obtain it from a non-fish source. More new products with omega-3 fatty acids are expected in the near future.作者: singgeihot 時間: 2005-6-7 09:08 AM
However, there's one thing that we should always keep in mind. ( D0 A' y# h% a* T# q2 c2 }$ C+ J$ q0 |$ |1 @5 H* n# `! ~% O
A balance diet, and exercise regularly # f* ?7 D; [$ _( |& m0 x 6 G, j* q( o _; ~Even though some of the above are beneficial to your health, if you overdo it, they might actually harm you. ; n5 @9 t' E3 e# F; g4 x7 _) J% S7 n- B0 n7 V
For example, vitamin E is good to you. But overdoing it might lead to Vitamin E poisoning. ; ?# ?) Z# d g4 f% }

Therefore, eat a balance diet (eat everything in moderate), and exercise regularly. These are the most important factors for good health. & U( g" v2 @0 f- g0 I! f4 Y 4 h& Q/ ?% H5 R[ Last edited by singgeihot on 2005-6-7 at 09:14 AM ]
