6 {$ L9 z; Y; X9 x& h) V% C2 H) K* bBased on my knowledge, many of the above are true. Especially the following two, : ?1 t1 ?3 o  c

' W" @* ?6 h' J. a7 A' m2 L& _2) Fish has omega-3 fatty acids, and are known to be beneficial to us in various ways. The problem is that our body does not make omega-3 fatty acids, and we need to consume it from fish.- g. u0 r$ t- k5 q. b' t6 z! a
  P( V7 }! F# D1 p
Many research had been done on omega-3 fatty acids. In Canada, biotechnology enabled scientists to incorporate omega-3 fatty acids in eggs. It is currently being sold at supermarkets here. As a result, consumers can obtain it from a non-fish source. More new products with omega-3 fatty acids are expected in the near future.

However, there's one thing that we should always keep in mind. " {/ d; q) y) W! y
' Q5 d7 ~; G2 H3 T2 z
A balance diet, and exercise regularly & b, O' v# x& t0 s2 O
8 T5 l- p* g4 `
Even though some of the above are beneficial to your health, if you overdo it, they might actually harm you.
; X1 G( o, x+ c6 [7 L7 |* O8 Z  @: T& j
For example, vitamin E is good to you. But overdoing it might lead to Vitamin E poisoning.
! u2 x, S- S' D. ^- g7 L6 ]. i! Y+ I  x) H9 v9 G4 @; @0 k
Therefore, eat a balance diet (eat everything in moderate), and exercise regularly. These are the most important factors for good health.! V+ W8 u# x1 h7 G) F, p
