) [5 z6 R7 \4 ABased on my knowledge, many of the above are true. Especially the following two, / ^; j. N8 @7 m  H( J+ b1 o
  H8 m3 t  c) p3 f% r
1) BLADDER INFECTION? DRINK CRANBERRY JUICE!!!! . s1 Z3 A; Y9 |; q& L$ }- B$ i
High-acid cranberry juice controls harmful bacteria. & |: G: G$ U! h' X/ A: U2 Q

2) Fish has omega-3 fatty acids, and are known to be beneficial to us in various ways. The problem is that our body does not make omega-3 fatty acids, and we need to consume it from fish.! O2 S2 S' [* P5 ]* q
* \6 O/ j: l( _' {& r/ V
Many research had been done on omega-3 fatty acids. In Canada, biotechnology enabled scientists to incorporate omega-3 fatty acids in eggs. It is currently being sold at supermarkets here. As a result, consumers can obtain it from a non-fish source. More new products with omega-3 fatty acids are expected in the near future.

However, there's one thing that we should always keep in mind.
* N8 x2 Q- m- W$ U, a: A" d6 z* f. y6 j3 z- W, v
A balance diet, and exercise regularly
7 p7 p% ]( _0 u# K) y6 `* p! @8 s3 k2 [
Even though some of the above are beneficial to your health, if you overdo it, they might actually harm you.
7 A$ A# `% @) B3 m* ~+ D/ X% t& V9 X: |; \
For example, vitamin E is good to you. But overdoing it might lead to Vitamin E poisoning. ) E/ Z' e; `+ \/ X# @: N

6 x3 ^7 n: `1 v$ @5 ?' B% x2 v9 C8 o5 ZTherefore, eat a balance diet (eat everything in moderate), and exercise regularly. These are the most important factors for good health.1 a/ k- K9 z: a7 e& n( M
