看來大家喜歡腸蛋面, 我都覺腸蛋同面是絕配, 我整時步驟如下:
1) 煲水(待水滾)% E; m$ P0 z* p7 X, f8 ~
2) 落面(攪散即上)
3) 過冷河# O7 x& F/ g9 N7 h+ q- w
4) 煎蛋及腸備用
5) 面加入滾水再煲, 加入肉粉,麻油, 滾起即上 : `: a& z! M& s% x0 M2 z
6) 最後加上備用腸蛋, 再加冰可樂(真是天下一美食)
