看來大家喜歡腸蛋面, 我都覺腸蛋同面是絕配, 我整時步驟如下:- y& W* g/ V/ g$ c; x
1) 煲水(待水滾)
2) 落面(攪散即上); |6 p: y; v# w* A: I* l
3) 過冷河8 S6 o9 {% T9 g! K; r
4) 煎蛋及腸備用; o( z1 _/ A: C5 o( ^7 P; @
5) 面加入滾水再煲, 加入肉粉,麻油, 滾起即上 3 a/ S( Q! g! P- }. d$ D) m
6) 最後加上備用腸蛋, 再加冰可樂(真是天下一美食)
