1) 煲水(待水滾)& w) C* Q* w8 ^2 u
2) 落面(攪散即上)2 m( }" f" t% u! E: o1 S
3) 過冷河) x, z0 s/ Z1 }7 R: B
4) 煎蛋及腸備用( B; ?$ T% e* p7 N
5) 面加入滾水再煲, 加入肉粉,麻油, 滾起即上
6) 最後加上備用腸蛋, 再加冰可樂(真是天下一美食)
