There is not one overwhelmingly decisive reasons for the growth of this kind of hormone. I am guessing that you want to grow taller, right?

Regulare execising (aerobic ones as well as anaerobic ones) stimulates the hormone activities...but this is not the only factor...." Y' Y! q) q( A* X7 I
