the sleeping time...actually this hormones is kind of sex hormones

There is not one overwhelmingly decisive reasons for the growth of this kind of hormone. I am guessing that you want to grow taller, right? ' X7 W4 I3 I4 g5 w& f
! ?* q9 N6 U. ^4 G% Q, p
Regulare execising (aerobic ones as well as anaerobic ones) stimulates the hormone activities...but this is not the only factor....
