the sleeping time...actually this hormones is kind of sex hormones

There is not one overwhelmingly decisive reasons for the growth of this kind of hormone. I am guessing that you want to grow taller, right? 7 |" k- o- F4 `, ~ i% ~% V

Regulare execising (aerobic ones as well as anaerobic ones) stimulates the hormone activities...but this is not the only factor....# A% z9 c9 {& C/ y ]
