Real Madrid play even they finish outside top 4 as well la.
The problem is not Rules are Rules.
The problem is the rules are non-existent what happen if the winner finish top 4
Up to the FA of that country wor..play the FA mei
Besides, if you have read the news, the English FA
wrote in their OFFICIAL website that winner get in with the expense of the 4th team
but they changed the mind. this year
The rules are the FA of that country decide whether to enter the 4th team or the winner
if they choose the 4th team..
oh well..that is their choice
But this grey area gives inconsistency..sounds like if your team is big enough i.e. Real Madrid
then you can enter, otherwise, the 4th team enter
Win it once is better than finishing 4th and couldn't win it every year
Would rather they win it then to finish 4th.
