and mostly people can call other by the First Name...

then usually, as the hk culture I know, that person will call ur chan wing yan for at least few days to becoming freindly enough to call ar yan~2 [$ C8 k- z4 }3 I% D

But if you introduce in english, HI my name is Chan wing yan, english name call erik,then that person can call u erik instead of Erik Chan or Chan wing yan~
