now we using english oftenly, then we ask why dont we use chinese? isnt english better?

and mostly people can call other by the First Name...2 \+ x3 o! B4 Q& e9 E% H- t3 l0 }- v
but if we call other people in chinese Full name...X X X....then it will be less friendly than just calling the english first name....
