〖飲食天地〗醉香紙包雞
材料:雞翼8只(600克)
蔥切段 (375克)
姜 16片
調味料:鹽 (10克)
味精(15克)
糖 (250克)
花雕酒 適量
姜汁 適量
麻油 適量
烹調方法:-,將雞翼洗凈,切三段。
二,加上蔥段,姜片和調味料撈勻,腌約2小時。
三,將雞翼,蔥段,姜等用紙包裹好,用粉糊黏好封口。
四,熱油鍋,放入紙包雞,慢火熱泡5分鐘,
再用大火炸至金黃色即可。
Ingredients: Chicken wings-600grams
Minced spring onion-375grams
Sliced ginger-16 pieces
Seasonings: Salt-10grams
Ve-Tsin-15grams
Some Chinese cooking wine
Some ginger juice
Some seasame oil
Cooking Method: 1. Wash,rinse and cut the chicken wings into 3 parts.
2. Add minced spring onion and ginger slices,
mix well and marinate for 2 hours.
3. Wrap the seasoned chicken wings with spring onion
and ginger slices with"oil paper",stick it with starch powder.
4. Fry the wrapped chicken wings with
hot oil till golden brown(app. 5minutes).
