I agree with you that the students who take drugs can find out a lot of methods to get around the rule. (ex. skipping the class). n, @7 _: V8 v) F

7 E, }( r) ^, cThe only issue that I see here is that, instead of randomly picking up students to do the test. [+ W- R% h0 h k' H
The government should force every student to take the test (it should be a standard for all schools and all students so that it is fair for everyone).

' y! V4 t4 }9 e: m1 o6 FHowever, I understand the government will not have enough money or resources to do take action on it. |
