I have had a similar case before, seems like she have no feelings for your right now, the only thing you can do is to make her like you.  It worked for me, but i guess you can try if it also works for you.  I simply do stuffs that made her life easier.  I did something like, woke up at 7am everyday and drove her to school, pick her up everyday, hang out with her for some time, and drove her home. Care for her family and do small un-noticeable stuff which benefit her in the long-run.  She said "said 'i really treasure this friendship and dun want any changes to destroy it'" right? people`s feeling are not carved in stones, they can change, no one is born with a set mind who they love or not.  Just care for her in a not too intrusive way and hopfully she will fall in love with you.

oh... one thing i want to add, I`ve invested consecutively almost 3 years of my time to make her love me... don`t expect it is an easy task, if you really love her, 3 years is nothing..
