Shares, Company shares, USA call Stock, Share means a certain right on a company.
Why "shares" exist ?????
Besides Sole-proprietorship, Partnership, Limited Company etc, need to use this kind of Share, to represent the right of certain parties.
And why "shares" move up and down and what makes it move and down ????
The basic theory of movement price of Share is Company performance, but there are many outer factors, e.g. economies growth, rumous etc.... but the word "Expectation" is most considered of movement of share price.
