I had this happened when I was in High Skool... It's a damn situation...

You have to make up your mind to see what you really wanted:
  1/ Keep both of them as your fd n leave the friendship forever...
  2/ Take the risk n go for the girl, but you have to lost at least 1 fd or the worst is both of  them...

I chose the 1st option when I was young, eventhough eventually, the girl asked me to be together but I rejected to keep my fd, coz I think that fds can be forever but girls are not!!! Especially you're still young, you have lot of choice in the future but true fds are limited. When you becoming more mature n getting older, you'll find that your best fds are the one in high skool, not after.
