that's because he just married his ex-wife, KIM again, and now he is trying to spend more time with his family, as 106127 said....
but what he meant by retiring is that he wont be making any albums for himself anymore, but he will still continue on making beats and songs for other artists....just like dr. dre.
i'm sure that he will still be around with songs in different artists' albums, such as d-12, dr. dre, g-unit, obie trice, and many more.
actually a new album came out a month ago or so called The People VS., by Trick Trick, and there are a couple tracks there composed by Eminem, and one of them is called Welcome to Detroit City, and that song is a must-hear! |
