Based on my knowledge, many of the above are true. Especially the following two, $ w( V: c/ J7 U5 ]' c  A% I

High-acid cranberry juice controls harmful bacteria.

2) Fish has omega-3 fatty acids, and are known to be beneficial to us in various ways. The problem is that our body does not make omega-3 fatty acids, and we need to consume it from fish.
. K) W6 M5 p! ^, b7 d; O# l
! Y& ?$ J0 ~$ V1 J5 w3 x4 Q, GMany research had been done on omega-3 fatty acids. In Canada, biotechnology enabled scientists to incorporate omega-3 fatty acids in eggs. It is currently being sold at supermarkets here. As a result, consumers can obtain it from a non-fish source. More new products with omega-3 fatty acids are expected in the near future.

However, there's one thing that we should always keep in mind.
6 l% j: t* ^- `# H& b
; X0 F5 ^5 S3 e8 z1 t! S9 E' k" F/ YA balance diet, and exercise regularly
3 Y: Q1 s+ O6 n5 `( b8 p. H' M+ U/ t8 L5 {# a. P; F
Even though some of the above are beneficial to your health, if you overdo it, they might actually harm you.
9 `8 W# k% R1 X* c, ?6 Q! U- v0 G9 c+ i( ]4 I6 x2 w5 b
For example, vitamin E is good to you. But overdoing it might lead to Vitamin E poisoning. ; K9 N# m5 a: p- H! ~5 f' o6 K

Therefore, eat a balance diet (eat everything in moderate), and exercise regularly. These are the most important factors for good health.
