How about at the hospital?

6 E% ]# n. A7 {7 W5 QI touch dead bodies all the time...cancer, surgerical, etc.2 p! n. R. v& I6 A$ L+ ~
/ t5 b0 W: j/ F7 Z1/2 hr after dead, the body will lose the bounce and starting to feel like cold meat. It's kind of disgusting but after a while I am okay with it.

5 D0 ?+ y! H5 U8 t5 C& gWhen I touch the deceased, I kept telling myself this is not a person anymore, the person is gone and this (the body) is just the shell. If I know the patient well, I would even quietly say goodbye to him/her before the nurses come and pack him/her up.8 {3 g9 Z; c& F, b9 K2 j M

The ones with accidents in the ER are really bad, but we're too busy trying to save him/her to pause and think. |
