for the preliminary interview:

M* S+ x/ P4 c3 X+ U1 ?* V- Tthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......( \8 r4 M! 7 j* g& A2 b5 L- t1 vfor the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,
5 T3 F: \+ x4 F/ O, Z1 is impromptu talk
5 U9 p1 i3 a z8 Y/ Ianother is group discusion. c+ Q, `' Q8 T' {% i( ]2 B) N
+ F3 d8 n, l! gall conducted in english4 A0 C" r$ c; Q

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit...."! B: Z0 v) w7 e% n* f

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!; T B0 a! m- C1 S
