for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......3 y( H5 J) g5 ?

# _. e, `! s- B/ `' f7 [1 lit's divided into 2 sections,

another is group discusion( v& w2 [- u- I9 G# i
! {9 Q7 O( D% k8 Q, M2 Z& jall conducted in english

2 n7 ~& Y% a7 a8 [, `* F9 ximpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare: b% y; K2 t3 v7 k' P" t6 a

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion
