1 w" Q% ]# |9 Y# @: T3 Qthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......! b# n& n3 Y/ T: J! i/ ?! ]- t. j

# S/ z; T7 i: [- Y" E% r/ zimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare- z! u: V& l) T0 \ k4 a, S8 C

topic like "environment, biscuit...."' o. s a; C2 m0 C/ k8 w
3 y) e0 u1 G" dgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion* e- V3 P6 R) Z2 Q$ \* [# h
