I guess, the problem is: when mechanics fix up the buses, they don't clean it completely..: c" G/ S! M- b, h; P5 ^5 w; y& Z
and as air-cond buses are in closed environment, P4 M- w  i; G! c
the smell from engine oil can't evaporate easily.
