don't eat fat,
! M3 j1 f# K0 w9 m0 Z* l; P6 ijust eat more protein,egg white,beef,chicken and pig and pork chop,7 M/ W* B0 d1 z2 A. r$ e  Y5 i+ e5 j
then go to do gym,and eat more rice.
