there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......; ^" @9 n+ L6 B4 }( n3 O

for the extended interview:6 U" _% F( V' e$ y+ Q; r' O
3 y( m5 U* k6 t2 n( K, b6 x8 Tit's divided into 2 sections,

, ]* S" ?8 r( u; o& ?; R( ganother is group discusion

% x* e5 l& R& Sall conducted in english

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare( v! s. m' |! l/ O) D" H

topic like "environment, biscuit...."

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion+ G* F9 V0 E( y8 W
+ r q& C0 T9 Y5 ]6 i
