for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc....... U# J* D( h) g8 F2 G
6 U6 D6 P4 _2 p4 R0 j7 h7 D0 v$ m
for the extended interview:- X$ P; w# k9 `2 a% v5 m% v0 t
C' F! y4 P2 e/ vit's divided into 2 sections,* d2 a* V% |1 W9 S3 v+ H
1 is impromptu talk2 L; w1 @8 B* i( v9 l% O
another is group discusion& n( u% Q3 f t- S) h* E' G
& X& d, y/ g( k- qall conducted in english- h; Q+ L {6 z( P+ E

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit...."! s- U# m g. T |6 X# {

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
