for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......7 {6 |( N/ c7 P4 \ u% B
8 n+ H8 I7 m1 O0 |# P1 ]6 U" M' ifor the extended interview:
1 R! k! r1 y8 T( I4 i, U7 Q1 i) L8 k* J
it's divided into 2 sections,+ ]/ K- ]: ?% n5 T7 ~0 N' @' I' i+ O! }
1 is impromptu talk0 x1 A& O6 J( O
another is group discusion
2 k' u6 v1 S- X( M6 x$ U4 ]* E2 p9 ]
all conducted in english
3 U7 P$ l- u R8 r1 I2 \+ o% v- j
impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit...."6 M I, }0 E9 @2 {# p" c
a$ m, E0 W- y
group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!6 W/ H! J! I, A
