for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc....... b8 t" u) F7 \( g* |9 f% {

for the extended interview:0 x# o) o$ j7 r& ?; o# _- v
& {7 ^* o% \% _* [" k
it's divided into 2 sections,
' h" f8 s! I- K+ S1 is impromptu talk4 e2 A. I. @2 `# n; d2 r5 M/ d( @& m
another is group discusion

all conducted in english

4 Q) k3 Q% M, h" oimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare6 K. q+ V h5 u2 t

topic like "environment, biscuit...."4 E! l; s+ S9 ?' h& @, W! R: z
6 `. j, U( r- [group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion8 } ?$ j9 }' a# Y/ N3 u+ |% P0 t4 T

for final interview:* ]0 K, n1 ]" ]
