When I travel Japan (same for France),

Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.$ [4 ]- z6 g5 }+ D9 F6 J1 M

8 S8 n: p; ]8 s: x$ j* yHoweverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,
