Mind your disturbance to people in public

I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.
, ~, ~* `. h' j' qBecause their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers." _2 B$ g. R& [8 c0 @4 Q

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,

Therefore I here announce people:
