the outlet. After a few seconds electricity flowed; s# W8 C/ _9 }( ~( Q2 M) T5 r

was thrown to the ground with a heavy thud.

This couldn't be true.  You might have a chance of getting yourself burnt if a bad battery so happens to explode.  But there's no way you'd get an electric shock.  This is a just cellphone charger, how many volts do you think it outputs?   Where did you get this information from?
