A few days ago, a person was recharging his cell. Q* H6 m+ t' E+ r5 E/ O- D7 M
phone at home. Just at that time a call came and he1 f+ p5 q# f! R) s: t$ Y
answered it, with the instrument still connected to

How about talking while using the charger in the car?  I do it all the time and so far I'm still alive.  Am I just lucky?

This couldn't be true.  You might have a chance of getting yourself burnt if a bad battery so happens to explode.  But there's no way you'd get an electric shock.  This is a just cellphone charger, how many volts do you think it outputs?   Where did you get this information from?
