3) Yes, he should be exceptional case, but there is a boundary/limit to which he should be admitted.

and you need to write paper and communicate with others when doing research etc,/ B- |# M! B M' F
so I would say it is too fast for him to get into u.

but now it is a NO-NO.

Now, it just seem to me like an inflated ego (who don't even go to oral) and a university doing SHOW business, which would probably ruin a talent at the end. |
