too many experts/technicans come from PRC and the vacancy of position would be fulfilled instantly1 V( h2 ?/ L9 v0 k$ D
no demand, how come to those supply?, D- i( M" M# U0 [5 |0 T
if ppl like to gain more, there are only 2 ways to go

2) get promotion; U3 n/ \9 f' N' T+ D- M
There would be no use to stay in the same position/company to "wait" for bonus/annual apprasial =.="
