for the preliminary interview:

for the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,

another is group discusion- v* |4 g1 d1 A3 J( U' |

all conducted in english; W5 x7 b' m" V- T7 w' T) U
0 P9 W& k: f0 X* O6 Cimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare; u, {6 E& O: Y1 d, C
+ P$ i" Y3 b2 c) m( k5 D! P' `topic like "environment, biscuit...."

Y* d4 j& g. @7 ~group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion( `9 w5 S' @4 h# n; r; ]

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!. d7 D& @$ K$ p4 b! A: G4 ^% R6 S
