When I travel Japan (same for France), 3 o2 u+ }8 c0 u% e% @0 ~' F
I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.
! L- V; ?7 Q  c8 F3 s! q2 T# kBecause their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.& w, C- P- }3 F8 f
