When I travel Japan (same for France),

Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.5 d& H# H$ {- p4 _# p/ p

and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.1 L3 C3 c+ ?% O: z% ?* X
