When I travel Japan (same for France), 3 I- [3 X( z4 T7 ^
I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.
8 ^/ ?" f( \! I, ?' W. KBecause their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.4 y  b0 |- v* A+ n8 Y

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,
3 h% F% k+ S# k9 h1 K* X; |and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.
