When I travel Japan (same for France),
6 f! K  I8 H+ DI found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.
# l; }3 |- Y% r7 _Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,
% Z- c4 ~6 b# c7 Xand I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.2 I# W+ N* [3 _+ }  k
Therefore I here announce people: - R8 S( n8 ]& C$ g; a' }* ^
MIND YOUR DISTURBANCE TO OTHER PEOPLE BY YOUR VISION,
