When I travel Japan (same for France), 4 q4 K/ A# C% q6 S
I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.
0 ~0 j& u1 i2 o- O- a  ZBecause their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.$ r. a+ ^/ {3 g
4 L, u3 T" B7 I, h6 h
Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,

MIND YOUR DISTURBANCE TO OTHER PEOPLE BY YOUR VISION,
