When I travel Japan (same for France),

Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

1 y0 x9 \; J( s8 q5 ^Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,; c9 i7 i; b2 |7 |3 `1 A
and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.
