When I travel Japan (same for France),

Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.! ?  s3 m) t0 Q1 h5 d8 H

! Q) ]# l+ H* ]Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,1 p) S: N) b, N$ U6 x2 X
and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.
