y did that car stop???...if he stop for no reason, u can claim insurance from him....duno how that works in CA, but thats how it works in aus....

0 q& }6 j4 ]) I2 R& }2 c* b9 Hlast time i had to drive my grandfather to a friends house when i was sick..like feeling floating around....i m goin the same road..and the car infront slow down to turn ..but my reaction was so slow...the car couldnt break in time..or i turn from right lane to the left lane to aviod the crash....about 1 inch the car will crash..teh cars been slow to 25km..but still..will big impact caz goin downhill...lucky the left lane had no car....otherwise i'll be screwed...# \. d4 }/ }5 x8 a( T

According to the tort law, the driver should keep a reasonable distance with the fore vehicle.  Otherwise, the liability should be borne by the rear vehicle.
