When I travel Japan (same for France),

" {/ e- B3 F. V5 U, kBecause their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.* y( T( H( r* h( F4 k

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,
$ }3 C1 A! R/ y& q8 Q, H7 S8 b4 fand I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.
