Mind your disturbance to people in public

When I travel Japan (same for France), 3 I6 ~0 [9 W! x* `+ ]
I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.* M. u5 v# R4 y2 R7 d5 Y
Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.
# h8 Q, Q) s1 c2 y7 k) q0 d4 s7 ]" _# C
Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,  s2 A0 |' J! c' D, L5 W
and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.

MIND YOUR DISTURBANCE TO OTHER PEOPLE BY YOUR VISION,
