Pretty much...like a car lost all steering ability and braking ability....so basically the skipper and all passengers watch helplessly as the boat ran over these pleasure boats

it's just CRAZY stuff, cannot imagine it's happened. really feel for the victims as they had no means of escaping.

it's an easy job.... i just have to sit there to monitor people.... grant permission and schedule equipment usages.... make sure that things are organized, and are working properly.... oh, and procurement.
