Mind your disturbance to people in public

When I travel Japan (same for France),
% N5 K5 H5 }$ ~+ iI found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity." o1 ]* ~, ^8 n' i* U. p
Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.5 T$ z9 X( |+ O! i6 M
, o3 v# s( y$ y  s% B3 T0 ~( j  |6 i
Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,
' k# Z1 N' e2 s, ^+ K; p' eand I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.% Q6 |: _" @: l2 r' N" |- ?. J
Therefore I here announce people:
