由細到大剪髮都好密下

1) 食多d食油5 B; G+ c' ? d
2) 洗頭密d (通常少頭髮既人就越少洗頭, 其實係錯架)

( r' }4 a- k# u" e, s4) 生活壓力太大而又無法自我控制, 就早晚跑一次步, 早d訓早d起身# A! U: w6 k6 o$ ~; T
