Well I just did a project on geography about improving living standard in LEDCs. * n1 ]4 H8 e  h/ `8 M; ~3 H
The most important factor that influences the living standard is the economy. As long as the economy of Hong Kong is healthy, people will have more money to spend, creating a multiplier effect, and the overall living condition will increase subsequently.
