Well I just did a project on geography about improving living standard in LEDCs. * F' h: P0 U7 t, c) w; C; w
The most important factor that influences the living standard is the economy. As long as the economy of Hong Kong is healthy, people will have more money to spend, creating a multiplier effect, and the overall living condition will increase subsequently.
