don't eat fat,
4 g5 G1 ]6 D/ ?. l) B. Y' R3 W9 _just eat more protein,egg white,beef,chicken and pig and pork chop,
2 n0 n/ V! C; S4 U$ R" wthen go to do gym,and eat more rice.
